Refunds and Returns Policy

Returns policy
We can accept returns if you have ordered an incorrect productTo be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, (NEW condition) unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Incorrect items are required to be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange due to change of mind.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will need to pay for the return shipping costs.

Damaged or faulty items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 7 days of the invoice date if the item is damaged or faulty, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We offer exchange of damaged or faulty items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, including pet food and supplements) and personal care goods (such as beauty products), personal clothing items (such as underwear and bras), earrings, CD’s, DVD’s, fragile or breakable items, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) or digital products.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The refund amount will be the price you purchased the item for (minus shipping costs).

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at giftsfromabove.au@gmail.com.
